At Wrike Remote Jobs, we're looking for a skilled Support Services Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our support teams. If you have experience in managing multiple systems, prioritizing tasks, and communicating effectively with stakeholders, we want to hear from you.

As a Support Services Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the continuous operation of our support systems, improving their efficiency, and providing exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with vendors, developers, and other teams to ensure seamless integration and effective support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and improve multiple systems, including user administration and integration support
  • Manage the queue of support operations requests, prioritize requests according to business impact, and drive to appropriate completion dates
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction and support efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall support quality

Requirements:

  • English fluency spoken and written
  • Proven experience in managing support teams and systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to analyze problems and develop creative solutions
