The Lifecycle Services Certification Administrator will be responsible for the following duties:
- Entering/updating data from local service organizations globally into the GLC and xGLC.
- Managing course completion information, work requirements, issue certificates, certify/recertify local service engineers/specialists, and assign them to requested certification paths/learning plans.
- Creating, running, updating, and publishing certification reports, and assisting local offices with any questions or issues they may have.
- Identifying and escalating any issues with the GLC and xGLC, and accessing Dell TechDirect to validate completion of required training.
