We are looking for a highly motivated Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team at Emerson. As a key member of our customer care team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of customer orders, as well as providing exceptional support to internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in Salesforce and SAP system

- Manage daily disputes and financial transactions

Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution
- Minimum Experience of 3 to 5 years in similar positions in sales support and customer service
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high demands
- Strong analytical and computer skills
- Experience working with SAP and Sales Force
