Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Global HR Shared Services Manager to join our team. As part of our HR Shared Services' team, you will be responsible for leading and managing all HR operational processes related to the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with regional regulations and organizational policies. Your strategic direction will drive the team's productivity and efficiency, while maintaining high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage all HR operational processes across various employment lifecycles, ensuring alignment with regional compliances and organizational policies.
  2. Develop and maintain service level KPIs and SLAs, driving continuous improvement and process optimization.
  3. Oversee work allocation, focusing on team productivity and delivering high efficiencies, with effective performance metrics measurement.
  4. Administer and maintain data integrity, ensuring 100% accuracy in WD-related datapoints.
  5. Effectively manage queries escalated, adhering to organizational guidelines and timelines.
  6. Drive harmonization of HR processes across business units, identifying opportunities for optimization.
  7. Participate and lead in internal and external audits as required.
  8. Evolve the HR shared services function, developing a future-focused strategy.
  9. Deliver service improvement activities through process improvement methodologies and innovative thinking.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6-8 years of progressive experience in a global and matrixed environment, providing guidance and influence to leaders.
  • Experience in managing and leading teams in an HR shared service environment, providing a wide range of services across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Track record of reliable and valuable delivery and continuous improvement in a shared service environment.
  • Knowledge and understanding of HR compliance, Administration, HR Generalist activities, and Management Information (MI) reporting.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and ability to juggle many competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to influence leaders and build relationships across the organization.
  • Project Management experience to deliver operational excellence.
  • Comfortable working in detail and understanding the big picture, considering ramifications of decisions on various constituencies.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, ideally Slack, Trello, and Egnyte, with experience in HR Management systems like Workday and Case Management ServiceNow.
