Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support group, you will be responsible for handling complex technical issues, troubleshooting problems, and documenting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer technical issues with ownership and communicate with stakeholders effectively.
  • Troubleshoot issues using internal and external documentation, log files, and various tools.
  • Contribute to team goals by researching, testing, and documenting investigations.
  • Share expertise and provide guidance on troubleshooting techniques.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to research and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Contribute to internal and external documentation.
  • Manage other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years technical or customer support experience.
  • Able to demonstrate empathetic and confident issue ownership.
  • Confidence and strong interest in problem solving.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of assigned feature strongly preferred.
  • Desire and aptitude to quickly ramp up on new technologies.
  • Conceptual understanding of a RESTful service.
  • Will to engage on complex matters.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous situations with little to no direction.

Estimated Salary Range:

$70,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
