Business Partner Manager

The Business Partner Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of People Experience (PX) services across various business units. This position requires collaboration with stakeholders to implement PX strategies, talent management, coaching, and change management initiatives that align with corporate goals.
Main Responsibilities:- Support the development and implementation of PX strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure effective delivery of PX services, identifying opportunities for improvement and resolving issues as needed.
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders within the PX function to drive initiative implementation and foster a global network.
- Provide support to clients in talent management, performance, and PX processes, promoting organizational development and career growth.
- Promote coaching in Talent Management and Career Management processes, aligning with business strategies to encourage a Pfizer culture.
- Support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategy and initiatives.
- Counsel leaders on leveraging people-centric processes/strategies and supporting their teams for effective structure.
- Maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders through clear communication, aligning with PX strategy.
- Participate in change management and transformational processes/projects.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations through local policies and procedures, managing labor relations effectively.
- Partner with Service Centers, Total Rewards, and other key partners to ensure compliance with local policies, legislation, and corporate guidelines, maintaining high service standards.
- Support process-related activities during Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), aligning with Global team strategies.
- Support administrative personnel processes.
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, or related field.
- Desirable: MBA in Business Management or Human Resources.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with experience in business partnering roles and Culture.
- Experience in coaching leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with business leaders to develop, implement, and monitor PX initiatives that enable business goal achievement.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal/influencing skills and ability to build relationships and leverage resources within the function and across the organization to advance business and PX strategy.
- Solid problem-solving, facilitation, and analytical skills.
- Language: Spanish or Portuguese is required (Native or Advanced)/English (Advanced).
