Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Technology Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a trusted partner, you will provide strategic guidance on the implementation and support of technology solutions. Your expertise will help clients adapt to the challenges and opportunities presented by current CRE technology trends.

As a Strategic Technology Implementation Specialist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical support for CRE technological solutions offered in accounts.
  • Ensuring the availability of training and support materials for the adoption of implemented tools.
  • Leading the support team, providing constant feedback, and ensuring the best support to accounts and growth of each member.

Your exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills will enable you to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficient/Fluent in English - Spoken & Written.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • A minimum of five years' experience in consulting in the real estate commercial services industry, preferably with a broad range of knowledge in technology and operational functions.
  • Proven track record of managing IT Services Management Teams, IT platform advisory services including strategy development, requirements development, vendor/solution evaluation, projects implementation.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Real Estate and Asset Management industry best practices, across multiple disciplines.
  • Strong organizational skills, including proficiency with standard office suite, presentation software, and cloud technologies.
  • Strong planning, analytical skills, and results-oriented profile.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, relationship management, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • IT Service Management experience (ITIL certification preferred).
