  • Establish project objectives and define project success criteria
  • Build comprehensive project work plans using project management software and tools
  • Identify and sequence all activities and dependencies, assess resource needs, and obtain commitment of resource availability
  • Use formal processes and dashboards to manage project performance and mitigate risks
  • Develop and implement a project communications plan, ensuring timely and effective communication of implementation progress, challenges, and changes
  • Ensure implemented solutions meet technical, quality, and reliability requirements
  • Document project implementation and ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • BS/BA or equivalent experience; MS/MBA helpful
  • PMP or process management certification may be required based on solutions focus
  • Knowledge of Offerings within identified Practice and awareness of other Practice Offerings
  • Supports Practice Leaders and Sales teams in closing services engagements

  • $95,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on location and experience
