Descripción del puesto:

Buscamos un especialista en soporte técnico con experiencia en resolución de problemas en entornos de cloud computing para brindar una excelente experiencia al cliente.

Responsabilidades clave:

- Investigar y diagnosticar problemas técnicos relacionados con software y hardware.
- Proveer respuestas claras y concisas a los clientes sobre el estado de sus casos.
- Trabajar estrechamente con otros equipos para garantizar que los problemas se resuelvan de manera eficiente.
- Comunicarse efectivamente con clientes y colegas mediante correo electrónico, teléfono o chats en línea.

Requisitos:

Al menos 3 años de experiencia en soporte técnico y troubleshooting.
- Conocimientos sólidos de sistemas operativos, redes y seguridad informática.
- Habilidad para priorizar múltiples tareas y gestionar el tiempo de manera efectiva.
- Excelente comunicación escrita y verbal en inglés y español (confluencia).
- Conocimiento básico de herramientas de gestión de casos y ticketing.

Calificaciones educativas: Bachillerato en Ciencias de la Computación o Ingeniería en Computación.
- Comprensión de conceptos de computación en la nube.
