Global Sales Operations Specialist

Moody's empowers organizations to make informed decisions by leveraging its global integrated risk assessment capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Process closed contracts and opportunities within Salesforce through the booked-verification process
- Manage all contracts and associated client entitlement data with Salesforce, as well as subscriptions managed through CPQ
- Address miscellaneous requests that fall within the Global Sales Operations organization
- Support ongoing initiatives to drive engagement and growth in the Global Sales Operations team
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-7 years of experience in Sales/Business Operations/Contract Management
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Experience in a SaaS or enterprise software company a plus
- Knowledge of Apptus CPQ/CLM will be a plus
- Effective communication and organizational skills
