Strategic Sales Operations Specialist

The Global Sales Operations organization plays a critical role in driving this mission forward.
We're seeking an experienced Associate Operations Analyst to join our team and contribute to the success of our business.
As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for:
- Processing closed contracts/Opportunities within Salesforce through the booked-verification process
- Managing all contracts and associated client entitlement data with Salesforce, as well as associated subscriptions managed through CPQ
- Addressing other miscellaneous requests that fall within the Global Sales Operations organization
Other projects and initiatives will also be assigned to support ongoing Global Sales Operations engagement.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Graduate-level education in Business Administration or a related field, with minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sales/Business Operations/Contract Management
- Fluent English language skills, with Spanish proficiency a plus
- Experience working in a SaaS or enterprise software company, preferably with knowledge of Apptus CPQ/CLM
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact effectively with others at all levels of the organization
