Job Description:
This position is part of the Global Sales Management Support (WWSMS) team, which provides accurate and on-time delivery of assigned work regarding Enterprise License Agreements (ELAs). The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advisory support to the sales/Deal Management teams, driving faster deal closures through efficient preparation and processing of ELA quotations. Key responsibilities include tracking and maintenance of ELAs, identification of entitlement account numbers, reconciliation of installed base reports, liaison with internal teams, and analysis of potential mismatches.
Main Responsibilities and Duties:
- Efficiently prepare and process ELA quotations in collaboration with Sales Account Managers or Deal Management team.
- Track and maintain enterprise license agreements in support of quote creation and delivery.
- Identify entitlement account numbers for inclusion in ELA creation element.
- Reconcile completed installed base reports to customer records.
- Liaise with various internal teams to ensure efficient processing and approval of quotes.
- Participate in corporate and local projects as necessary.
- Analyze and identify potential installed base mismatches.
- Manage deal operations queries.
- Deliver request volumes within established time and quality, as defined in service level agreements (SLAs).
- Escalate and remediate data challenges impacting quoting process.
- Resolve inquiry and ticket management based on sales operations, sales, DMT, or channel service requests.
- Be available to work extended shifts during quarter-end periods.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or 2-3+ years of industry experience in an operational environment.
- Experience with task prioritization, workload, and escalation management.
- Ability to learn systems quickly with little or no guidance.
- Strong database and MS office skills.
- Good communication, organizational abilities, tasks prioritization, and proven attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-departmental teams.
- Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility.
