Relationship Development Executive

As a Relationship Development Executive at Zm Financial Systems, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client issues and needs are communicated and resolved.
The Relationship Development Executive will be responsible for:
- Maintaining expert level of products including key research, product features and benefits
- Influencing future lifetime value through higher product adoption, customer happiness and overall client health
- Assisting with client demonstrations and providing training

Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience in a sales support, client services or sales support, account management, relationship management or other related client-facing position preferably within the financial services sector
- Experience running in-person and/or virtual client meetings
- History of demonstrating customer-centricity with an ability to convey significant messages to clients
