Job Summary


We are seeking a high-performing Client Services Call Center Representative to provide exceptional support to Automotive customers, responding to requests for information, products, and services. This role involves addressing client needs, involving internal departments and staff to ensure requirements are met, and providing top-notch service utilizing deep competencies in various product and operational areas.


Key Responsibilities


The ideal candidate will:



  • Research and resolve technical problems and product questions efficiently.
  • Document and communicate solutions to internal and external clients promptly and accurately.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and Sales, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and leads.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Communicate with diverse team members and stakeholders.
  • Handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proactively seek information and training to stay updated on products and industry trends.
  • Identify and sell new products when upselling and cross-selling opportunities arise.
  • Gather client feedback on products and services and communicate it to Product management.

Requirements


To succeed in this role, you should have:



  • A High School Diploma.
  • A minimum of 2 years of call center customer support experience.
  • Strong PC, Microsoft Office, and internet skills.
  • Advanced problem-solving, analytical, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A team-focused mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities and tight deadlines.

$45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
