The Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Costa Rica. As the ideal candidate, you will have at least 2 years of experience in customer support roles, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities
Handle and resolve user questions in a timely and professional manner, following stringent data security policies.
Deal directly with users to obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle and resolve user inquiries.
Process verification requests and forms and direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.

Requirements
A high school diploma, general education degree or equivalent is required, as well as at least 2 years of experience in customer support roles. Experience in HR would be beneficial.
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices, as well as relevant computer applications and basic web functions, is essential.
