**About the Role**
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Financial Operations Manager to join our FinOps Accounts Receivable Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive a high-quality E2E process while maintaining a healthy and balanced portfolio.
Your main responsibilities will include resolving disputes related to accounts receivable for the Retail channel, engaging with different teams to understand best practices, and being the primary point of contact across the AR Team. You will also participate in operational excellence activities, analyze existing processes, and recommend process improvements.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent analytical skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should also be proficient in Oracle Financials ERP and Six Sigma methodologies, and have a strong understanding of business operations.
