Job Overview
This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our commercial data files. As a Data Management Analyst I, you'll be responsible for:
- Taking inbound calls from business owners disputing information on their credit reports
- Researching and resolving disputes through manual data updates and online research
- Maintaining data file quality and currency
- Analyzing new data for accuracy and compliance
- Gathering data for tracking business disputes and communicating with requestors
To excel in this role, you'll need strong problem-solving skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
You'll work closely with our internal teams, including Legal and Research, to ensure seamless dispute resolution processes and accurate data maintenance.
