Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with software and hardware configuration/troubleshooting
- Provide support for Microsoft Office applications, with a focus on MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
- Work as part of the TIS Service Desk team
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience working as a Service Desk professional
- Upper Intermediate English Level
- Upper Intermediate Portuguese Level
