Job Description

We are looking for a Support Engineer to join our Informatics Support team and provide support for our Signals Data Factory product.

This product takes in many different forms of scientific data, transforming it using Apache Spark, and making it searchable and analyzable via multiple interfaces.

Its current use spans from early in the drug-discovery process to analyzing active clinical trial data.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
  • 5+ years' experience with Linux OS administration and performance monitoring
  • 3+ years' experience with Kubernetes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-learner and analytical skills
  • Strong customer service focus
