Join Our Team

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced OmniPod System Support Expert to join our team at Teleperformance. As a Product Support Specialist, you will work directly with customers to provide exceptional support for the Insulet OmniPod System.

This role involves responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support for the OmniPod System. You will also be responsible for documenting customer interactions within our CRM system and ensuring compliance with federal FDA regulations.

Key Qualifications

  • High school diploma required.
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical or clinical/medical-based device support role, or 1 year of technical, clinical/medical experience plus 1 year of customer care experience.
  • Experience with electronic documentation systems required.
  • Experience working in a HIPAA environment highly preferred.
