**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Expert to join our team in San Jose, Costa Rica. The ideal candidate will be responsible for actively engaging with prospective customers to sell our products and services.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Manage outbound customer communications to effectively promote our offerings.
- Comply with established guidelines and procedures to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products to provide accurate and strategic information to customers.
- Act as a product expert to build strong relationships with clients.
- Track interactions in CRM systems to facilitate cross-functional awareness and relationship development.
**Requirements:**
- A minimum of 6 months of sales experience.
- Advanced communication, selling, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in computer navigation.
- An unwavering drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs.
**Compensation:** A competitive salary from ¢520,000.00 per month.

**Experience:**
- Prior sales experience is preferred.
**Language Skills:**
- English is a mandatory requirement.
