About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at Micro Focus.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and executing operational processes related to Customer Master Data setup and maintenance.

  • Measure, review, and analyze process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal functions to resolve operational issues and drive resolution.
  • Communicate process changes to customers and internal clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle operational business relationships with customer accounts.
  • Conduct complex data analysis and consult on account management cases.
  • Implement changes to improve data quality and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • First-level university degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a business-related function, preferably data analysis and Master Data Management.
  • Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
