Job SummaryThe primary responsibility of this position is to contact customers who are behind on their bills to arrange payment plans and understand the reasons for their delinquency. You will work closely with customers to resolve their issues promptly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Contact customers to arrange payment plans and discuss payment options.
- Negotiate payment terms and arrangements as needed.
- Review account information thoroughly to understand customer inquiries and needs.
- Overcome consumer objections and engage with customers to resolve their issues.
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- English proficiency of CEFR B2 / 85% or better is required.
- High school education or equivalent is preferred.
