Key Responsibilities:

Collections and Financial Management

  • Collect accounts receivable from a worldwide customer base, with a focus on verbal and written communication.
  • Manage a portfolio of complex groups of White Glove and Credit Managed accounts, ensuring timely reconciliations and payment commitments.
  • Determine and document reasons for overdue payments, obtaining payment commitments and recording customer financial status.
  • Review invoices for goods and services rendered, collaborating with customers as needed.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including the Sales Team, to resolve customer issues related to invoicing and receivables.

Credit and Risk Management

  • Identify and escalate potential problems related to customer financial status, collaborating with necessary teams.
  • Recognize the balance between effective collections and maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Exercise judgment and common sense to carry out instructions, responding promptly to customer needs and requests.

Requirements:

2+ years' experience in Collections, Accounting, Exposure Control, or Credit. Advanced English proficiency, with expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. Oracle knowledge is a plus. Self-motivation, excellent time management, and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.
