About the RoleThe Sales Operations Specialist will support forecasting processes and advise the sales force on commercial sales transactions across several Americas regions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Attend regional forecast calls and perform pipeline analysis to ensure forecast accuracy
- Analyze current customer licensing, products, and usage to identify new revenue opportunities
- Suggest creative pricing and payment solutions balancing customer needs and pricing policies
- Review Quotes and Order Forms for accuracy and completeness
- Ensure all Orders are approved within pricing and discount policies
- Interface with Deals Desk, Finance, and Legal as needed (i.e., revenue recognition)
- Support sales organization's requirement for Customer licensing compliance
To succeed in this role, you should have 1-3 years of experience in Sales Operations in a software sales organization.
You should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
You should be proficient in PPT, Word, and Excel, and have experience with a CRM system.
You should be a strong listener, analyst, and organizer with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A team player with a positive attitude and ability to prioritize tasks to meet business needs is essential.
About the SalaryWe offer an estimated annual salary of $83,000 to $110,000 based on location and experience.
