Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team at Marriott Worldwide. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and increase market share
- Manage the property's reactive and proactive sales efforts, including developing strategic account plans and determining marketing communication activities
- Provide customer intelligence to inform sales strategy and maintain awareness of market trends and competitor activity
- Serve as the sales contact for customers and internal stakeholders, providing exceptional service and ensuring seamless execution of business booked
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; 4 years experience in sales and marketing or related professional area
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising high-performing sales teams
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans, drive revenue growth, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders
