The Client Support Assistant at Eagan Immigration is responsible for delivering exceptional service to our existing clients. This role involves providing ongoing information and support to help navigate the immigration process, ensuring seamless communication and coordination between clients and the company.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for current clients
- Responding to basic client queries and providing status updates
- Communicating with existing clients to obtain required documents
- Sharing updates and trends with the team
- Logging notes and call information into MyCase
Requirements for this role include:
- A minimum of High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 years previous customer care experience (with a preference for high volumes of inbound and outbound calls)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
