**Responsibilities**

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Identify and resolve system failures, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends.
  • Develop custom instrumentation for our platform to enhance insights and analysis into customer experience and platform quality.
  • Create production monitoring systems that cover our platform end-to-end.
  • Design and implement systems to monitor capacity and scale ahead of need, using fact-based metrics combined with integral knowledge of our platform.
  • Automate workflows and processes internal to Datasite's SRE team and our platform management systems.
  • Participate in Platform Services on-call rotation to assist with production issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience, with demonstrated proficiency in Java, Javascript, Python, Kotlin, or other mainstream programming languages (Java preferred).
  • 2+ years of hands-on/administrative experience with observability tools such as Kubernetes, Prometheus/Grafana, Splunk, and/or Instana/AppDynamics/Dynatrace.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish.
