About This Role:
You will be responsible for reaching out to customers whose orders did not get processed using phone calls, emails, and text messages to recover incomplete sales.
This position has unlimited earning potential, making it perfect for individuals who thrive in a performance-driven environment.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Call, email, and text customers whose orders did not go through, aiming to recover sales and increase revenue.
Engage with customers to address concerns, offer assistance, and provide incentives to complete their purchases.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities while meeting or exceeding individual sales recovery targets on a weekly or monthly basis.
Requirements:
Strong work ethic and self-motivation to drive sales results.
Comfort and proficiency with manual dialing and reaching out to leads.
Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written, with top-notch communication skills and the ability to engage customers via phone, email, and text.
A positive attitude and a passion for sales.
Ability to work independently and handle rejection with resilience.
