In this role as an Inside Sales Representative - Demand Response, you will be part of a fast-paced team that focuses on accelerating Microsoft's growth in cloud-first, mobile-first businesses. Your primary goal will be to work directly with customers, sales teams, and implementation partners to achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas.

As a key member of our Insides Sales organization, you will utilize modern selling and marketing techniques to communicate effectively with key business decision makers. You will identify opportunities for businesses across industries to reinvent themselves using Microsoft's technologies.

Responsibilities include:

  • Explaining how businesses can meet a new bar for excellence by embracing Microsoft's technologies
  • Positioning competitive offerings and solutions in the context of customer needs and experiences
  • Demonstrating verbally, in writing, and through live product demos how customers can capture value from Microsoft's technologies
  • Quarterbacking sales from opportunity to usage, leading the sales strategy, overcoming objections, and negotiating success
  • Managing ongoing customer relationships to ensure long-term customer success with Microsoft technologies

**Requirements**:

To succeed in this role, you will need 4+ years of technology sales experience with a proven track record of success. Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools is a bonus, including experience from retail sales, corporate internships, or entrepreneurial programs. Fluency in Portuguese is also required.

**Preferred Qualifications**: A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and a desire to work in a competitive environment where one's growth potential is driven by one's abilities and attitude is essential. You should have solid time management skills, the ability to work independently or under supervision with a high level of integrity, and a passion for cloud technologies and changing the world. Estimated salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
