**Job Summary**
The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the project lifecycle.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and execute projects on time and within budget, adhering to PairSoft's delivery methodology.
- Design, configure, and deploy PairSoft's software to meet client requirements within the scope of the contract, statement of work, and approved change controls.
- Contribute to business development by creating statements of work and work orders, and by supporting sales resources during pursuits.
- Review and test peers' work, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Comply with and execute the firm's financial processes, policies, and procedures.
- Share product, technical, and consulting knowledge with colleagues, contributing to the development of consulting infrastructure.
- May coach and mentor junior team members, addressing and remedying performance issues.
**Requirements:**
- BA or BS degree in business, information management systems, or engineering from an accredited college or university.
- 4+ years of experience developing, supporting, or designing SaaS solutions for ERP/CRM systems, preferably by Intacct, Blackbaud, Microsoft, Sage, or NetSuite.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with 3 years of experience in consulting with senior-level client leadership.
- Strong problem-solving and technical skills, with the ability to explain complex technical and business concepts.
- Accounts Payable Domain Knowledge: basic business understanding of procure-to-pay process flows in Finance departments, including Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, Receipts, Invoices, etc.
- Self-Starter: ability to work autonomously, exercise independent judgment, use discretion, and keep the manager informed.
- Spoken English Skills: must be completely fluent to receive and articulate complex concepts.
- Written English Skills: can evidence strong writing and documentation skills via documentation of past technical projects and best practices.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Project Management tools.
- Team Collaboration: ability to collaborate with team members across multiple functions and influence participation and work results.
- Location: ideally EST, possibly CST/MST/PST, with remote worker experience.
