You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues, develop training programs, and improve processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Customer Engagement: Represent Microsoft to customers, manage customer relationships, and ensure prompt responses to customer inquiries.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer support experience, including developing training programs and improving processes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
