Role Overview

The Continuous Process Optimization Manager will be responsible for driving and executing the Empower Plus program within the Costa Rica GFS.

This involves leading on and supporting a culture of continuous improvements within the team, delivering a framework for program implementation, monitoring and promoting the program within new team starters and management.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a dashboard to track program progress and key performance indicators.
  • Work closely with teams to identify areas for process efficiency and improvements.
