**Sourcing and Contracting Global Process Owner Senior Analyst**

Position Background and Essential Responsibilities:
The Global Process Ownership team is part of the newly created global sourcing utility, which in turn is part of the Resource Management Organization.
The position is responsible for supporting End-to-End Process redesign tasks, maintain global procedure documentation, lead the data quality program (control, reporting and training creation), market intelligence and drive resolution of S2C Issues and CAPs, as well as supporting the sourcing to contract team with project management responsibilities.
- Strong passion for banking industry and market trends
- Moderate to Advanced proficiency utilizing Microsoft Excel to manipulate and organize data
- Moderate to Advanced proficiency utilizing Microsoft Power Point to organize and visualize the story line for presentations
- Ability to understand information, develop insights and identify opportunities when analyzing large data sets
- Ability to translate findings and recommendations into a concise and effective selling story
- Ability to confidently present insights, opportunities, and recommendations to internal stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal English communications skills
**Key Responsibilities**:
Support the Source to Contract standardization process across the global and regional Sourcing teams as well as working towards End-to-End Process redesign tasks:

- Document Source to Contract processes and procedures
- Lead Market Intelligence Program
- Lead Data Quality Program for Sourcing
- Support on the implementation and migration activities of new S2C system developments
- Coordinate process updates and if required, related system enhancement initiatives
- Conduct training to the Sourcing organization on such process and system changes
- Support Internal Audit's (IA) Requests for information and CAP resolution
- Analyze the effectiveness of current Source to Contract process in order to develop strategies to improve workflow effectiveness
- Coordinate with stakeholders of all levels within the organization
- Keep CGS Central and Global Operating Procedure up to date
- Lead Supply Chain End to End tool projects towards design and implementation across multiple areas within the organization

**Requirements**:

- English advance
- Bachelor university degree complete
- Highly collaborative with a strong appreciation for diversity and respect for others
- 3+ years of experience working in a multi-national complex organization
- effectively organize and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to communicate, build relationships and interact at all levels of the organization
- Strong business acumen and critical thinking mindset
- Strong attention to detail and process
- Ability to effectively adapt in a constantly changing environment
**Desirable**:

- 7+ years of experience in Sourcing and Contracting
- Process improvement experience
- LEAN and/or Six Sigma certification is preferred
- Experience with sourcing systems such as GEP SMART, SAP, Ariba, Oracle Source to Contract
- Project management experience
- Previous work experience in a Financial Institution is a plus
- MBA is a plus
