**Position Summary**:This position will run Citi Global Sourcing's (CGS's) Sourcing Services team and Global Process Owner (GPO) team globally.
Sourcing Services will handle multiple areas of responsibility, including lower-complexity transactional contract document processing for multiple commodities, completed contract QA and compliance, and contract remediation/administration projects related to regulatory/Citi standard changes.
The GPO team owns and maintains sourcing process documentation, training, leads second and third line (audit) reviews and related Issues and Corrective Action Plans.
The Global Sourcing Services Head's (GSSH) main clients are the sector sourcing leads and their teams.
The GSSH will endeavor to run the team with a mandate of maximum efficiency, process control and excellent client services.
**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following**:

- Supporting Citi's sourcing process and sector sourcing teams in the processing of high-volume, lower-complexity work with a particular focus on speed of execution and compliance to policy and procedures
- Lead the utility team in the efficient and correct processing of transactional documents assigned to the team.
- Ensure the RMO's procedures are adhered to in the processing of all contracts
- Identify, syndicate and implement productivity improvements to contract processing
- End-to-End Process and sourcing system design, documentation (Global Operating Procedures (GOP), RMO Central), implementation, improvement, maintenance and related training.
- Oversee source to Contract (S2C) data quality program (control, reporting and training creation), including data enhancement and data migration for S2C implementation.
- Leadership for Audits and auditor questions and evidence provision, management of S2C Issues & Corrective Action Plans (CAPs).
- Own and lead the Third Party Management process for sourcing including compliance reporting for 100% of sourcing contracts.
- Lead interactions with Third Party Risk teams including Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), Third Party Utility (TPU), represent CGS in TP-ROC risk forum to assess process changes to ensure that any impact on sourcing is assessed, challenged and managed including any implementation.
- Oversee engagement with Citi legal team, maintenance of contract templates and Contract Review Checklist procedure and SharePoint tool through engagement with TPU.
- Ensure that utility team members are trained satisfactorily in RMO procedures, the commodities in-scope and the business clients using the contracts
- Monitor the work of the utility to ensure that all work is done in a controlled manner, risks mitigated and corrective actions taken promptly as needed
- Resolve issues encountered in contract processing by working with the appropriate sector sourcing team, supplier and business contact
- Ensure that all contracts are properly approved prior to execution
- Run an efficient and effective contract QA process to help guarantee that contracts executed outside the utility are properly approved and documented
- Closely manage regulatory/Citi standards projects where the utility is tasked with remediation projects in order to enable RMO to satisfy these regulatory/Citi standards requirements
- Develop staff so that utility team members are a potential pipeline for strategic sourcing positions in the sector sourcing teams
- Collaborate with RMO Risk & Control and Citi Second line partners to establish and manage processes focused on meeting regulatory and policy requirements, strengthening controls and compliance.
**Skills & Experience**:

- Extensive experience managing sourcing projects involving medium to large-scale ITO (Information Technology Outsourcing), BPO (Business Process Outsourcing), and software
- Strong Experience with various sourcing options (T&M/Fixed Price, on-site, off-site, off-shore and package implementation), as well as SLA development
- Strong Relationship management (domestic & international marketplace), contractual management, negotiations, supplier management and governance
- Good understanding of niche/emerging regional ITO/BPO providers & Global providers
- Excellent oral and verbal communications skills
- Ability to engage and persuade managers and executives so as to close the gap between client expectations and provider capabilities
- Strong process and compliance management
- Top-notch ability to manage an operational process, utilizing metrics to identify/implement improvement opportunities and identify/address process or control weaknesses
- Strong understanding of key commercial and legal contract terms and conditions.
- Experience in Operations roles, with focus of data, quality & prior experience with process improvement & change management
