**Job Overview**
Hewlett Packard seeks an experienced Account Operations Manager to manage the operational business relationship of mid-size to large domestic accounts. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage complex operational relationships with key accounts;
- Conduct in-depth analysis to identify areas for improvement;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive resolution of operational issues;
- Represent customer needs and provide business requirements to projects;
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;
- Minimum 4-6 years of related experience, preferably in supply chain, customer service, procurement or financial management;
- 1-2 years of experience supporting large accounts.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Mastery in English and local language, as well as other languages as required;
- Strong consulting, negotiation, and influence skills;
- Solid understanding of core HP businesses and the revenue cycle;
- Superior research and analytical skills;
- Demonstrated project management skills;
- Proven ability to collaborate and network with other groups and functions;
- Basic financial and business acumen.
