Job Description
We're seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our Home-Based Service Desk team. As a key member of our technical support team, you'll provide first- and second-tier support to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues with ease.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective support to clients via phone, email, or chat.
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians as needed.
- Manage tickets efficiently, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and IT concepts.
- Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence a plus.
