Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our Home-Based Service Desk team. As a key member of our technical support team, you'll provide first- and second-tier support to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues with ease.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective support to clients via phone, email, or chat.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technicians as needed.
  • Manage tickets efficiently, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and IT concepts.
  • Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence a plus.
