Job Description:
The Service Desk Team Leader is responsible for supervising and guiding team members to ensure they provide good customer service. The Team Leader organizes workload, completes reports, and delegates tasks within their competencies. They contribute to meeting critical SLAs and KPIs while maximizing resources efficiently. Key responsibilities include identifying volume trends, analyzing data, and attending scheduled meetings with clients. Additionally, the Team Leader finds cost-saving opportunities, shares ideas with management, and manages daily operations of the Service Desk.
