At Smartsheet, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team in Costa Rica. This dynamic role involves engaging with prospects and customers to identify opportunities for our Sales Teams.
Main Responsibilities:
• Qualify and schedule meetings for the Account Executive team that lead to high-quality pipeline
• Engage and qualify prospects through inbound and outbound prospecting
• Maintain a volume of activity via calls and emails that align with clearly communicated metrics
• Leverage a best-in-class technology stack to engage with our prospects and customers
• Partner with multiple cross-functional teams, such as Marketing and Sales, to deliver business goals
• Enroll and complete our world-class onboarding program
• Collaborate with team members across multiple regions to share best practices
About You:
We are looking for individuals with 1 year of sales development or client-facing experience, who have a passion for working with new technologies and technical concepts. You should be able to understand customer pain points, requirements, and deliver a response presenting Smartsheet as a solution. A team-oriented attitude, drive, grit, and a desire to compete and win are essential for this role.
