We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Channel Sales Manager to join our team in San Jose, Costa Rica.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales efforts of our wood coating products, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing relationships with key stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing sales plans to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Formulating regional distribution channel management strategies to ensure effective product distribution
- Implementing company sales policies to dealers to ensure timely training and support
- Assisting dealers and distributors on promotions and marketing activities
