About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Channel Partner Specialist Medsurg to join our team. As a Channel Partner Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the inside sales team. This includes coaching, process optimization, and capability development of Inside Sales representatives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Performance Management: You will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the performance of Inside Sales teams. This includes weekly check-ins on actual versus target sales and process metrics, daily objectives and work planning, and regular meetings with team members to discuss performance enhancement.
- Training & Coaching: You will provide training and coaching to Inside Sales Representatives, including organizing trainings and system access, recruiting and onboarding new Inside Sales Representatives, and process optimization and continuous improvement.
- Infrastructure and Technology: You will drive implementation and adoption of technology platforms in their teams and escalate any Sales Cloud and IT issues as needed.
