The Foundry Services Customer Program Manager will play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction and success across our Foundry Services organization.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and maintain deep relationships with key customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of foundry services and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive decision-making and resolve customer issues.
- Present complex information in a clear and concise manner to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and program management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Experience working with fab/manufacturing services and customer-facing roles.
