About the Role

The Microsoft Intune team at Tek Experts is responsible for providing reactive support for mobile device management cases in the Azure cloud environment. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

In this role, you will work closely with our team to resolve complex customer cases, develop new policies, and maintain accurate documentation.

Key Requirements

  • Strong technical background in Cloud and Active Directory.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills for Windows, Android, and iOS.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and communicate effectively with customers.
  • High school diploma and relevant experience in technical support.
  • English level of at least 85%.
