Complaint Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Complaint Resolution Specialist to join our team at Abbvie. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing complaint records to ensure global requirements are met.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities of the Complaint Resolution Specialist include investigating and documenting non-medical complaints, and reviewing medical complaints with non-medical quality issues. You will also provide quality customer service by coordinating return samples and follow-up activities, ensuring that complaint documentation meets Good Documentation Practices, GMP, and GCP. Additionally, you will identify reportable events and notify relevant groups and management, as well as interface with manufacturers, healthcare professionals, the public, internal customers, and regulatory agencies.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have knowledge of global pharmaceutical, medical device, and combination product regulations. Familiarity with FDA Quality Systems, pharmaceutical products, and Medical Device Reporting regulations is also required. Your ability to prioritize projects and ensure compliance with regulations and standard operating procedures is essential. Strong written and verbal communication, and organizational skills are necessary, as is experience working with cross-functional teams and interacting with peers, management, and customers. A Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of relevant work experience is preferred, along with 0-2 years of experience in a cGMP industry or clinical setting. The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location.
