Salary Range
$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description
The EITS HR Program Lead will partner with cross-functional teams to drive strategic HR programs and talent activities across the entire HR lifecycle. This role includes:
- Planning and delivering HR program portfolios to meet business commitments and communicate status to stakeholders.
- Identifying talent development opportunities and driving exceptional talent management practices.
- Managing employee engagement, onboarding, and offboarding processes, including tracking and reporting trends and analytics.
- Collaborating with the Global HRIS team to utilize HR analytics tools and resources.
- Fostering strong relationships with HR Business Partners, COE experts, and key stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Project Management Expertise: Proficiency in planning, executing, and closing projects, including risk management and resource allocation.
- HR Functional Knowledge: Understanding of HR processes and practices to manage projects effectively within the HR domain.
- Leadership and Team Management: Ability to lead project teams and manage diverse groups of stakeholders.
- Communication Skills: Clear articulation of project goals, updates, and outcomes.
- Analytical Thinking: Assessing project needs, interpreting data, and making evidence-based decisions.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to changing project scopes and business needs.
