Payer Enrollment Coordinator

As a Payer Enrollment Coordinator, you will play a key role in streamlining the payer enrollment process, ensuring seamless integration of healthcare providers into payer networks through effective EDI enrollment procedures.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate and oversee the payer enrollment process, guaranteeing timely and accurate submissions.
- Collaborate with payer organizations to obtain and understand enrollment requirements.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of enrollment materials before submission to payers.
- Communicate effectively with clients, payers, vendors, and internal staff to provide current enrollment status and address outstanding questions.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any enrollment issues.
- Provide training and support to clients on EDI enrollment procedures.
- Stay updated on payer enrollment changes and share knowledge with the team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Able to manage a high volume of cases simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong strategic thinking, tactical planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
- EDI Payer Enrollment process experience required.
- Strong familiarity with X12 EDI standards.
- Associates Degree in Healthcare, Business, or related field experience.
- An understanding of Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management.
