Job Description

As a Payer Enrollment Coordinator, you will play a key role in streamlining the payer enrollment process, ensuring seamless integration of healthcare providers into payer networks through effective EDI enrollment procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and oversee the payer enrollment process, guaranteeing timely and accurate submissions.
  • Collaborate with payer organizations to obtain and understand enrollment requirements.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of enrollment materials before submission to payers.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, payers, vendors, and internal staff to provide current enrollment status and address outstanding questions.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any enrollment issues.
  • Provide training and support to clients on EDI enrollment procedures.
  • Stay updated on payer enrollment changes and share knowledge with the team.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Able to manage a high volume of cases simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong strategic thinking, tactical planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • EDI Payer Enrollment process experience required.
  • Strong familiarity with X12 EDI standards.
  • Associates Degree in Healthcare, Business, or related field experience.
  • An understanding of Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
