Customer Service and Sales Professional Wanted
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled customer service and sales professional to join our team at Auto Services Unlimited, Inc. as a Remote Service BDC Specialist.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while helping businesses grow by generating leads, setting up appointments, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, utilizing CRM software, and continuously improving product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services.
- Generate leads and set up appointments for our service team.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads, sales, and customer interactions.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and stay informed about the latest developments in our industry.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Proven work experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a BDC or similar setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong phone presence and ability to handle high call volumes.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining a high level of productivity and accountability.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing business environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
