Order Management Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Order Management Coordinator to join our team at Emerson. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing customer purchase orders in business systems, ensuring correct and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Order Review: Use established standards to analyze and perform order management, ensuring compliance with import/export, contract, and government requirements.
- Customer Communication: Act as primary customer contact through different communication channels, leading proactive communication to resolve issues and provide a positive experience.
- Order Backlog Management: Proactively manage order backlog and resolve order issues and delays, analyzing information in systems to make decisions that enable delivery with customer expectations.
- Customer Information Management: Maintain updated customer information in business systems and other databases, performing correct date management to meet customer expectations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in business systems and databases, with ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
