About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HOA Community Coordinator to join our team at Green Ocean Property Management. As a key member of our community management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to homeowners and board members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between the HOA board members, homeowners, and vendors, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of issues.
  • Respond promptly to homeowner inquiries and concerns, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain accurate records of homeowner accounts, including payments, violations, and correspondence, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair requests from homeowners, working closely with vendors to ensure timely resolution and minimal disruption to community life.
  • Assist in regular property inspections to ensure compliance with HOA rules and regulations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Assist in organizing and facilitating HOA board meetings, including preparing meeting materials and recording minutes, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
  • Enforce HOA rules and regulations, following up on compliance and taking disciplinary action when necessary, while maintaining a fair and respectful approach.
  • Prepare and manage the annual budget and financial reports, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Coordinate community events and activities to foster a sense of community among homeowners, promoting social cohesion and community engagement.
Requirements
  • Bilingual, English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in property management, real estate, or customer service, preferably within the Real Estate industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a proven track record of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and property management software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative mindset and a focus on delivering results.
  • Knowledge of HOA laws, regulations, and governing documents is an asset, but not required.
