Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our Americas AP Payments team. In this role, you will play a key part in understanding and analyzing payment issues and root causes, with the goal of identifying areas of improvement and prevention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform root cause analyses on vendor and invoice levels to identify and resolve payment failures, delays, or variances.
  • Support bank traces, payment inquiries investigations with data analysis and reporting.
  • Contribute to metrics and reporting, including interaction with internal stakeholders, vendor managers, financial communication partners, and business partners.
  • Support transactional work, such as reports, queries, and other tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Finance, preferably in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payments, Treasury, or Invoice Entry.
  • Excellent language skills in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with strong interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills, and a strong work ethic based on exceeding expectations.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, filters, and basic functions.
  • Preferred qualifications include additional language skills (Portuguese fluency desired but not required), experience with Oracle Financials, Bank Platforms management, SQL skills, and Lean/Six Sigma concepts and certification.
